Long, dark,
and icy winter in New York is about to leave (we hope so.)
Once March starts, as if to prove it, the city gets packed with parade after parade.
Now let’s
find out how we can celebrate the long-awaited arrival of spring!
St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Entire city will be colored in green: green cloth, green hats & wigs, face
paints, or even green-colored cookies and cupcakes. Oh, the famous “I heart NY”
logo T-shirt will be taken over from green “I shamrock NY” T-shirt.

They close off 5th Avenue between 49th and 57th
Street, and New Yorkers wander the street admiring these creative, cute, and
beautiful outfits of others.
